摘要
冷战时期,美苏两个超级大国的博弈与竞争促进了技术进步,技术进步及其催生的知识生产也成为重塑世界政治的关键变量。核中心主导的庞大的核技术研发系统帮助苏联形成了同美国分庭抗礼的战略核力量,和平利用原子能的进步促进了社会经济发展与影响力输出,由此带来的一系列知识生产使苏联成为核时代的技术高地,增强了苏联政治军事实力,扩大了苏联乃至社会主义阵营的国际影响力,并在后冷战时期巩固了俄罗斯的大国地位,技术因素在其中的作用毋庸置疑。考察苏联核中心的发展及其对苏联国力的影响,将为新时代的科技进步与国家治理提供经验借鉴。
During the Cold War,the rivalry between the United States and the Soviet Union promoted technological prog-ress,and the resulting knowledge production became a key variable in reshaping world politics.The extensive nuclear technolo-gy R&D system led by the nuclear centers enabled the Soviet Union to establish a strategic nuclear force rivaling that of the United States.Advances in the peaceful use of atomic energy promoted socio-economic development and expanded its interna-tional influence.The ensuing knowledge production positioned the Soviet Union as a technological leader in the nuclear era,strengthened its political and military power,and enhanced the international influence of both the Soviet Union and the socialist bloc.These developments also consolidated Russia’s status as a great power in the post-Cold War period.The role of technolog-ical factors in consolidating Russia’s status as a great power in the post-Cold War period is indisputable.Examining the devel-opment of Soviet nuclear centers and their impact on national power provides valuable insights for scientific and technological progress and national governance in the new era.
