摘要
目的探讨清单式管理在产后早期康复中的应用效果。方法选取2022年1月至2023年12月在贵港市人民医院接受早期康复治疗的80例产妇作为研究对象,以随机数字表法分为两组,每组各40例。常规组采用常规管理,观察组采用清单式管理。比较两组负性情绪、生活质量、自我护理能力、护理满意度及母乳喂养率。结果观察组汉密尔顿焦虑量表、汉密尔顿抑郁量表评分均低于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组生活质量评分、自我护理能力评分均高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组护理总满意率及母乳喂养率均高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论产后早期康复采用清单式管理可有效改善产妇的负性情绪和生活质量,提高自我护理能力、护理满意度及母乳喂养率,值得推广应用。
Objective To explore the application effect of checklist management in early postpartum rehabilitation.Methods A total of 80 puerperas who received early rehabilitation treatment in Guigang City People's Hospital from January 2022 to December 2023 were selected as the study objects and divided into two groups by the random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The conventional group received conventional management,and the observation group received checklist management.The negative emotions,quality of life,self-care ability,nursing satisfaction,and breastfeeding rate of the two groups were compared.Results After nursing,the Hamilton anxiety scale and Hamilton depression scale scores of the observation group were lower than those of the conventional group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing,the quality of life score and self-care ability score of the observation group were higher than those of the conventional group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total rate of nursing satisfaction and breastfeeding rate in the observation group were higher than those in the conventional group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The checklist management in early postpartum rehabilitation can effectively improve the negative emotions and quality of life,and improve self-care ability,nursing satisfaction,and breastfeeding rate,which is worthy of popularization and application.
