碳中和过渡阶段绿色燃料在集滚船上应用方案的对比研究

摘要 围绕如何选择适合特定船型的绿色替代燃料的问题,梳理了现阶段较为热门的6种绿色燃料,从应用现状、制备过程、成本效率等方面进行可行性论证,并结合集滚船的系列船型为研究对象,通过构建绿色燃料综合评价指标,从初始投入成本、运营投入成本、货运量及碳排放量等4个角度对比分析传统柴油与6种绿色燃料。研究表明,纯电推进的综合评价指标优势明显,但其初始投入成本过高,在短期内将会限制其大范围使用,因此提出了更加优化的混动推进方案,即采用LNG双燃料+电池混动推进动力的优化设计。此方案不仅能满足船舶功率需求、提高船舶经济性、降低碳排放要求,还能更加灵活地选取绿色主燃料,以全面的综合优势应对未来趋势变化。 Focusing on the problem of how to select green alternative fuels suitable for specific ship types,six popular green fuels at present were sorted out,conducting the feasibility demonstration from the aspects of application status,preparation process,cost efficiency,etc.Taking the actual series of ship types of container roller vessels as the research object,the comprehensive evaluation indicators of green fuels were constructed.Traditional diesel and six green fuels were compared and analyzed from four aspects of initial input cost,operating input cost,freight volume and carbon emission.The research showed that the comprehensive evaluation index of pure electric propulsion has obvious advantages,but its initial investment cost is too high,which will limit its wide use in the short term.Therefore,a more optimized hybrid propulsion scheme was proposed,that is,the optimization design of LNG dual-fuel+battery hybrid propulsion.This scheme can not only meet the requirements of ship power,improve ship economy,reduce carbon emissions,but also choose green main fuel more flexibly,and respond to future trends with comprehensive advantages.
