摘要
高质量发展职业本科教育是助力技能型社会建设、产业升级和经济高质量发展的迫切要求,也是积极回应办好人民满意的教育诉求。但目前仍存在人才培养适配性不强,产教融合深度和广度不足,专业建设发展滞后且聚合效应未显,创新驱动的经费投入不足等困境。职业本科教育高质量发展必须坚持人才为本,筑牢高质量发展“压舱石”;改革攻坚,打好高质量发展“组合拳”;专业引领,构建高质量发展的“新格局”;创新驱动,激活高质量发展“新动能”等突破路向。
The high-quality development of undergraduate level vocational education is an urgent requirement to facilitate the construction of a skilling society,industrial upgrading and the overall high-quality economic development.It also represents a positive response to the growing demand for better education that meets people's expectations.However,several dilemmas persist,including the inadequacy of talent training suitability,the limited depth and breadth of integration between industry and education,the lagging professional development and cluster effect,as well as the insufficient of funding for innovation-driven initiatives.The high-quality development of undergraduate level vocational education must prioritize a talent-centered approach,fostering a solid foundation for high-quality development;pursue reform and innovation,delivering a well-coordinated combination punch for sustained growth;lead professionally,constructing a new pattern of high-quality development,and innovation-driven,activating new kinetic energy for high-quality development.
