摘要
目的探讨良肢位摆放康复护理模式提升老年脑梗死后遗症患者生活质量的效果。方法选取医院2023年1月至12月收治的老年脑梗死后遗症患者60例,随机分为对照组(常规护理模式)和观察组(良肢位摆放护理模式),各30例。结果观察组患者生活质量综合评定量表(GQOL-74)、Fugl-Meyer运动功能评分量表、日常生活活动能力量表(Barthel指数)评分均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论良肢位摆放康复护理模式对老年脑梗死后遗症的干预效果较好,可明显改善患者的日常生活能力和肢体功能。
Objective To investigate the effect of rehabilitation nursing mode with good limb placement on improving the quality of life of elderly patients with post-stroke sequelae.Methods A total of 60 elderly patients with post-stroke sequelae admitted to the hospital from January to December 2023 were randomly divided into the control group(conventional nursing mode)and the observation group(good limb placement nursing mode),with 30 cases in each group.Results The comprehensive evaluation scale of quality of life(GQOL-74),Fugl Meyer motor function point,and Barthel index scores in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The rehabilitation nursing model with good limb placement has a good intervention effect on the sequelae of elderly cerebral infarction,and can significantly improve patients'daily living ability and limb function.
