摘要
探讨改良急诊护理流程对脑梗死患者临床结局的影响。本次研究以贵州省晴隆县人民医院2021年4月—2022年4月收治的60例脑梗死患者作为研究对象,将60例患者分为对照组和观察组,每组各30例。对照组患者实施常规护理干预,观察组患者实施改良急诊护理干预,对比两组患者临床结局。结果显示,观察组患者的DNT时间与住院时间明显短于对照组,观察组患者的抢救成功率高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者并发症发生率低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究发现,改良急诊护理流程对脑梗死患者临床结局具有积极影响,可以明显降低脑梗死患者病死概率,提升患者生存质量,同时可显著减少各类并发症,值得临床推广应用。
Explore the impact of improved emergency nursing procedures on the clinical outcomes of patients with cerebral infarction.This study selected 60 patients with cerebral infarction admitted to Qinglong County People's Hospital in Guizhou Province from April 2021 to April 2022 as the research subjects.The 60 patients were divided into a control group and an observation group,with 30 patients in each group.The control group patients received routine nursing intervention,while the observation group patients received improved emergency nursing intervention.The clinical outcomes of the two groups of patients were compared.The results showed that the DNT time and hospitalization time of the observation group patients were significantly shorter than those of the control group,and the rescue success rate of the observation group patients was higher than that of the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Research has found that improving the emergency nursing process has a positive impact on the clinical outcomes of patients with cerebral infarction.It can significantly reduce the probability of death in patients with cerebral infarction,improve their quality of life,and significantly reduce various complications,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
