摘要
目的:探讨超声弹性成像技术在肿瘤患者PICC术后置管静脉并发症诊断中的应用价值。方法:对我院2021年7月至2023年3月150例五种常见肿瘤患者PICC术后,置管静脉定期超声弹性成像检查的结果进行回顾性分析。结果:150例肿瘤患者PICC术后,单个疗程结束前共有17例发生并发症:附壁血栓13例,静脉炎5例,局部脓肿1例,软组织水肿1例;实时剪切波弹性成像获得弹性评分分别为(2.8±0.5)、(1.7±0.5)、(0.8±0.5)、(1.3±0.5);其中有3例既发生附壁血栓,也发生静脉炎。结论:超声弹性成像技术在肿瘤患者PICC术后并发症诊断的初步应用中,获得特异性、重复性较好的弹性评分,反映并发症的软硬度,丰富疾病的诊断信息。
Objective:To investigate the application value of ultrasound elastography in diagnosis of venous complications after PICC in tumor patients.Methods:A retrospective analysis was made on the results of regular ultrasound elastography after PICC in 150 patients with five common tumors in our hospital from July 2021 to March 2023.Results:Among 150 patients with PICC,17 had complications before the end of a single course,including mural thrombosis in 13 cases,phlebitis in 5 cases,local abscess in 1 case and soft tissue edema in 1 case.The elasticity scores obtained by real-time shear wave elastography were(2.8±0.5),(1.7±0.5),(0.8±0.5)and(1.3±0.5),respectively.Among them,3 cases had both mural thrombosis and phlebitis.Conclusion:In the initial application of ultrasonic elastography in the diagnosis of postoperative complications in cancer patients with PICC,the elastic score with good specificity and repeatability was obtained,reflecting the hardness and softness of complications and enriching the diagnosis information of the disease.
