人工智能时代美国教师角色的重构

摘要 美国发布的《人工智能与教学的未来:见解与建议》为人工智能时代教师角色重构提供了新思路。在人工智能时代要求赋权于人、技术革命重塑教育生态及教师标准要求转向的现实促逼下,《人工智能与教学的未来:见解与建议》立足人文主义立场,构筑了“教育者始终处于中心”的新样态。基于此,要求教师从工厂模式下的指令讲授者转变为资源导向的文化回应者;从被动的技术“容器人”转变为主动的专业反思者;从技术研发的游离者转变为推动人工智能发展的引领者,完成了人工智能时代美国教师角色重构,并以主体性复归、场景性生成和生命性进化引领教师角色未来发展方向。 Artificial intelligence and the future of learning and teaching:Insights and recommen-dations in the United States provides a new way to reconstruct the role of teachers in the era of artificial intelligence.Driven by the realities of empowering people in the age of artificial intelligence,the technological revolution reshaping the ecology of education,and the shift in teacher standards,Artificial intelligence and the future of learning and teaching:Insights and recommendations builds a new paradigm of“always center educator”based on a humanistic stance.Based on this,teachers are required to change from instructor-lecturers in factory mode to resource-oriented cultural responders,from a passive technical“container person”to an active professional reflector and from a stringer of technology research and development to a leader in promoting the development of artificial intelligence.It has completed the theoretical reconstruction of American teachers’role in the era of artificial intelligence,and guided the future development direction of teacher role with the return of subjectivity,scene generation and life evolution.
