摘要
中国式现代化建设征程中,新质生产力成为强劲推动力,创新为核心要素,创新环境建设成为其中重要环节。文章基于指标视角,从创新资源支撑环境、创新主体成长环境、创新潜力环境、创新制度与治理环境、创新文化环境、经济社会发展环境等维度出发,分析我国创新环境建设的特征表现。我国创新环境建设能力不断提升,但区域间存在一定差距,未来需落实科技制度改革,突出企业创新主体地位,加强西部地区创新环境政策支持力度,营造良好科技成果转化环境,强化创新文化价值引领性。
In China's modernization drive,high-quality development is the hard truth of The Times,new quality productivity has become a strong driving force,innovation has become its core factor,and innovation environment construction has become an important link.Aiming at key areas and key links,this paper evaluates and analyzes the evolution characteristics of China's innovation environment construction from the perspectives of innovation resource supporting environment,innovation subject growth environment,innovation potential environment,system and governance environment,innovation culture environment,and economic and social development environment.China's innovation resources support,main body growth,potential,system and governance,culture and economic and social development capacity continue to improve,but there is a certain gap between regions,the future need to implement the reform of the science and technology system,highlight the main role of enterprise innovation,strengthen policy support for innovation environment in the western region,create a good environment for the transformation of scientific and technological achievements,and strengthen the value of innovation culture.
