摘要
糖尿病肾病(DN)是糖尿病常见的并发症之一,也是导致终末期肾病的主要原因,严重影响患者的生活质量。目前临床多采用降糖药物治疗DN,但长期服用易增加肝、肾负担,导致诸多后遗症。中药治疗DN效果确切,且具有简、便、廉、验的优点,可从多成分、多靶点、多通路改善患者肾功能及延缓病程进展。目前临床上可用单体、药对、经方等形式治疗DN,但用药剂量和配伍比例不同会导致治疗效果存在差异,未来应开展更多系统的研究,以期为DN的临床治疗提供参考。
Diabetic nephropathy(DN)is one of the common complications of diabetes and the main cause of end-stage nephropathy,which seriously affects the quality of life of the patients.At present,hypoglycemic drugs are often used in the clinical treatment of DN,but it is easy to increase the burden of liver and kidney under long-term medication,resulting in many adverse sequelae.Traditional Chinese medicine has significant and exact effects in the treatment of DN,with the advantages of simple,convenient,cheap and effective features.It can improve the kidney function of DN patients and delay the progression of the disease from multiple components,targets and pathways.At present,DN can be treated clinically in the form of monomers,drug pairs,and prescriptions.However,different dosages and compatibility ratios of drugs can lead to differences in the therapeutic effects.In the future,more systematic research should be conducted to provide reference for the clinical treatment of DN.
