摘要
当前的数字经济已然成为国民经济发展的重要引擎,数字化也已成为推动文旅产业高质量发展的重要途径。巴蜀文明是中华文明多元一体化格局中的重要区域文化形态,沱江文化是巴蜀文化的重要载体,亦是见证巴蜀文明同根同源的纽带之一。四川旅游资源十分丰富,近年来一直强化数字赋能与创新驱动,紧跟国家重大战略部署,扎实推动文旅产业高质量发展,特色文化资源日益鲜明,文化旅游业态不断涌现,数字文旅产业的发展可谓答卷优异。然而,四川数字文旅产业仍然存在着新型基础设施建设不足、数字文旅产业融合遭遇瓶颈、文旅产业数据要素流通不畅等问题,加之沱江流域部分市县对文旅产业的发展还不够重视,政策导向还存在不足。这里通过分析数字赋能文旅产业高质量发展的内在机制,结合四川数字文旅产业发展的现状和困境,提出了完善政府顶层设计、加强新型基础设施建设、开拓数字创新文化场景、培养复合型人才等路径建议,以期为沱江流域文旅产业高质量发展提供一种创新的思路。
The current digital economy has become an important engine for the development of the national economy,and digitalization has also become an important way to promote the high-quality development of the cultural and tourism industry.The Bashu civilization is an important regional cultural form in the diversified and integrated pattern of Chinese civilization.The Tuojiang culture is an important carrier of Bashu culture and also one of the bonds that witness the same roots and origins of Bashu civilization.Sichuan has abundant tourism resources,and in recent years,it has been strengthening digital empowerment and innovation drive,closely following the national major strategic deployment,and solidly promoting the highquality development of the cultural and tourism industry.The distinctive cultural resources are becoming increasingly prominent,and the cultural and tourism industry is constantly emerging.The development of the digital cultural and tourism industry can be said to have excellent results.However,the digital cultural and tourism industry in Sichuan still faces problems such as insufficient construction of new infrastructure,bottlenecks in the integration of digital cultural and tourism industries,and poor circulation of data elements in the cultural and tourism industry.In addition,some cities and counties in the Tuojiang River Basin do not attach enough importance to the development of the cultural and tourism industry,and there are still shortcomings in policy guidance.Here,by analyzing the internal mechanism of digital empowerment for the high-quality development of the cultural and tourism industry,combined with the current situation and challenges of the development of Sichuan's digital cultural and tourism industry,we propose path suggestions such as improving government top-level design,strengthening new infrastructure construction,exploring digital innovation cultural scenes,and cultivating composite talents,in order to provide an innovative approach for the high-quality development of the cultura
