摘要
目的探讨新型355 nm激光联合药物球囊扩张成形治疗膝下动脉重度狭窄病变的可行性和安全性。方法收集2023年8月于首都医科大学宣武医院采用激光销蚀联合药物球囊治疗的1例胫前动脉硬化性重度狭窄的临床资料,分析其诊疗情况。结果患者手术成功,未出现手术并发症,术后症状消失,顺利出院。结论新型355 nm激光销蚀联合药物球囊扩张成形治疗膝下动脉重度狭窄可能是一种新的潜在选择,需要进一步大规模临床试验进行验证。
Objective To investigate the feasibility and safety of the new 355 nm laser atherectomy combined with drug-balloon angioplasty treatment for severe stenosis lesions of the inferior knee artery.Method The clinical data of 1 case of severe tibial arteriosclerotic stenosis treated by laser ablation combined with drug balloon in Xuanwu Hospital,Capital Medical University in August 2023 were collected and analyzed.Result The operation was successful,no surgical complications appeared,the patient's postoperative symptoms disappeared,and the patient was successfully discharged from the hospital.Conclusion The new 355 nm laser combined with drug-balloon angioplasty for the treatment of severe stenosis of the inferior knee artery is safe and feasible.
