摘要
蒙药额尔敦-乌日勒由以珍珠为主的29味传统蒙药组成,具有清热安神,舒筋活络,祛黄水之功效,可用于多种疾病的治疗,包括黑脉病、白脉病、痛风、风湿性关节炎等。额尔敦-乌日勒应用广泛,并且疗效具佳,但是多年来其药效物质基础及相应的作用机理不明确。本文通过对额尔敦-乌日勒及其单药活性成分的报道进行文献及数据库搜索,总结其活性成分研究现状,分析讨论额尔敦-乌日勒药理作用机理,为研究额尔敦-乌日勒的作用机理提供参考依据。
Eerdun-wurile is composed of 29 traditional Mongolian medicines with pearls as the major one.It has the effects on clearing away heat and calming the nerves,stimulating the circulation and relaxing the joints,removing“Xira wusu”.It can be used for the treatment of many diseases,including cardiovascular disease,nervous system disease,gout,rheumatoid arthritis,etc.Although Eerdun-wurileis widely used and has good curative effect,its pharmacodynamic material basis and corresponding mechanisms are not clear yet.Here,the active components in each medicine reported in literatures databases were searchedand summarized.Also,the pharmacological mechanism progress of Eerdun-wurile was analyzed and discussed to provide reference for the further study of Eerdun-wurile.
