摘要
轨道交通的超强客流和超密行车对运营稳定性提出更高的要求,司机的处置决策力直接决定事件的走向,将OODA循环理论引入到地铁司机突发处置研究中来,构建地铁司机快速处置新模式,重组构建COODA矩阵式循环理论,即突发事件冷静、观察、定向、决策、行动五项流程,确认事件、排查事件点、处置事件点三阶段循环阶段,打破传统惯性思维按固有模块思维进行规范决策方式。通过COODA循环理论分项提升司机处置事件综合素质能力,对28名司机学习新思维方式并在实操演练中应用,并制定COODA循环理论思维方式评判标准,通过司机自评演练中优点收获和缺点不足,验证循环理论在综合素质能力提升和实际中应用的可行性,从而提升地铁司机“单兵作战”能力,保障运营安全。
Rail transit's ultra-strong passenger flow and ultra-dense traffic requires higher operational stability,the driver's disposal decision-making power directly determines the direction of the event,to introduce the OODA cycle theory into the subway driver's emergency disposal research to build a new model of rapid disposal of subway drivers,reorganization and construction of the COODA matrix cycle theory,this means five processes when it comes to emergency:calm,observation,orientation,decision-making,action.Confirm the event,investigate the event point,dispose the event point cycle stage of three-stage,break the traditional inertia thinking according to the inherent modular thinking to regulate the way of decision-making.Through the COODA cycle theory sub-item to enhance the driver's comprehensive quality ability to deal with the incident,28 drivers learning a new way of thinking and applying it in practical exercises,and formulate the COODA cycle theory way of thinking judging criteria,through the driver's self-assessment of the advantage gains and shortcoming deficiencies in the exercise,to verify the feasibility of cyclic theory in the improvement of comprehensive quality ability and application in practice,so as to enhance the subway driver's"single-operator"ability to protect the safety of the operation.
