摘要
地铁列车司机不仅是驾驶员,同时也是正线运营列车当发生设备故障或突发事件时的第一响应人,其应急处置能力对列车的正常运营起重要作用。通过青岛地铁2015—2017年运营突发事件处置数据的统计分析(重点分析高发故障),构建突发事件的处理时间标准和处置评判依据。以青岛地铁红黑榜为例,介绍了其在突发事件应急处置过程中关于评判展现、技术预警、员工激励等方面的应用。
In addition to the role of train operator,metro drivers are also the first responder of equipment failures and emergency in the main line,the emergency treatment ability of metro drivers plays an important role in train operation.Based on the statistics and analysis of operational emergency treatment data of Qingdao Metro in 2015-2017(emphasis on high frequency failures),the processing time and treatment evaluation criteria are constructed.Taking the red-black list of Qingdao Metro as an example,the application in the evaluation presentation,technical warning,employee incentive and other practices during emergency treatment process is introduced.
