支持电机保护和总线通信的可编程逻辑控制器设计

摘要 针对通用可编程逻辑控制器(PLC)缺少实时电机保护功能且只支持厂家自己品牌主导的工业总线通信协议的问题,提出一种支持多路电机保护功能并兼容多种工业总线的PLC设计方案。基于单片机和嵌入式实时操作系统平台进行了硬件设计和软件开发,采用多回路计量芯片采集电机运行数据并基于软件编程实现故障保护,利用Anybus公司通信模组及驱动开发支持了多种工业总线协议通信,移植PLC运行时内核PLCcore实现满足IEC61131-3标准的逻辑可编程功能。设计方案基于低成本硬件平台高效集成了电机保护、总线通信和逻辑编程等功能,提升了应用效率和稳定性,在工业自动化现场保护控制领域具有较高的推广价值。 Aiming at the problem that the general programmable logic controller(PLC)lacks the real-time motor protection function and only supports the industrial bus communication protocol dominated by the manufacturer′s own brand,a PLC design scheme that supports multi-channel motor protection function and is compatible with multiple industrial buses is proposed.Based on the single-chip microcomputer and embedded real-time operating system platform,the hardware design and software development are carried out.The multi-loop metering chip is used to collect the motor operation data and the fault protection is realized based on the software programming.The Anybus company communication module and driver development are used to support the communication of multiple industrial bus protocols,and the PLC runtime kernel PLCcore is transplanted to realize the logic programmable function that meets the IEC61131-3 standard.The design scheme efficiently integrates functions such as motor protection,bus communication and logic programming based on a low-cost hardware platform,improving the application efficiency and stability,and has high promotion value in the field of industrial automation field protection control.
