摘要
传统物流信息系统存在数据录入效率低,误差高的缺陷。为了解决该种问题,设计并实现了基于激光自动扫描技术的物流信息系统,其由原材料管理模块、标签生成模块、生产数据采集模块、仓库数据采集模块构成。系统采用激光自动扫描技术实现了总体物流信息的实时采集和管理。分析了系统中的激光自动扫描模块实现物流信息采集的过程,并给出了物流物联网的工作流程,实现物流信息的联网管理。实验结果说明,所设计系统具有较高的录入精度和效率,提高了企业的物流管理水平。
The traditional logistics information has the defects like low efficiency of data entry and high error. In order to solve them, a logistics information system based on laser automatically scanning was designed and implemen- ted, which consists of raw material management module, label generating module, data acquisition module and ware- house data collection module. It realized the real time collection and management of the overall logistics information. It analyzed the automatically scanning module to realize the processing of logistics information collection, and gave the working procedures of internet of things to realize the network management. The experimental results show that, this system has high entry precision and efficiency, which improves the logistics management level of enterprise.
