摘要
深入推进OBE理念下的教学改革是我国高等教育面临的重要课题。借助NVivo12对64篇CSSCI文献的内容进行分析,从OBE理念的内涵特征、实施路径和运行保障三个维度探究我国高校教学改革的进程。研究表明,OBE理念的内涵特征主要涵盖成果导向、持续改进和学生中心;实施路径侧重改变评价方式、修订培养目标及重构过程设计;运行保障强调加强实践指导、优化管理制度、重视持续改进。为丰富OBE理念下高校教学改革的研究方向,还需重视信息技术赋能高等教育数字化转型、推进学科建设与发展,以及完善人才培养模式三个方面。
To further promote the teaching reform from the perspective of the OBE concept is an important issue that China's higher education faces.With the help of NVivo12,this paper analyzes the contents of 64 CSSCI literatures,and reviews the current situation of the teaching reform in colleges and universities in China from three dimensions:connotations and characteristics,implementation paths and the operation guarantee.The research shows that the connotations and characteristics of the OBE concept mainly includes the result-orientation,the continuous improvement and the student-centered idea;the implementation paths focuses on changing the evaluation methods,revising training objectives and reconstructing process design;the operation guarantee emphasizes strengthening practical guidance,optimizing management system and paying attention to continuous improvement.In order to enrich the research direction of the teaching reform from the perspective of the OBE concept in colleges and universities in China,it is necessary to pay attention to three aspects:enabling digital transformation of higher education by information technology,promoting discipline construction and development,and improving the talent training mode.
