基于循证取向教师评价的内涵、价值及其实现

摘要 随着教育评价改革的深入推进,教师评价亟须注入新的评价理念为其提供科学的视角。循证取向教师评价是基于循证教育理念,在一定的教学情境下,将科学证据与教师的实践智慧有机融合的评价形式。循证取向教师评价有助于打破教师教育者与评价者的身份固化,提高教师评价的科学性和权威性,有助于创设良好的教师评价环境等价值意蕴。循证取向教师评价实现路径包括树立科学性与人文性结合的评价理念、构建高质量的教师评价证据库以及树立教师及教师评价者的循证思维与素养。 With the deepening of the reform of educational evaluation,new evaluation ideas are urgently needed to provide a scientific perspective for teacher evaluation.Evidence-based teacher evaluation is based on the concept of evidence-based education,in a certain teaching,the organic integration of scientific evidence and teachers practical wisdom evaluation form.Evidence-based teacher evaluation can help to break the identity of teacher educators and evaluators,improve the scientific and authoritative nature of teacher evaluation,and create a good environment for teacher evaluation.The way realize evidence-based teacher evaluation includes setting up the evaluation idea of combining science and humanity,constructing high-quality evidence base of teacher evaluation,and establishing evidence-based thinking and quality of teachers and teachers evaluators.
