罗霄山区生态效率时空演变及其影响因素

摘要 集中连片特困地区在经济发展和生态保护方面通常面临着更为严重的矛盾与冲突。研究集中连片特困地区生态效率的变化情况可以为其发展提供更为科学的支撑.本文以罗霄山集中连片特困地区作为研究区,选取该区24个县区2011-2022年相关面板数据,运用Super-SBM模型对其生态效率值进行测算,然后借助地理信息系统对其时空分布格局进行分析,最后结合面板回归模型对其影响因素展开探究。结果表明:(1)罗霄山集中连片特困地区整体生态效率表现出波动上升趋势,生态效率值由2011年的0.73上升到2022年的0.90,县区间差距呈缩小趋势.(2)罗霄山集中连片特困地区生态效率呈现出“四周高,中间低”的空间分布格局.(3)罗霄山集中连片特困地区生态效率的空间集聚性经历了由强到弱的变化过程,县区间空间关联性不显著.(4)人口集聚、经济发展、技术创新对该区生态效率有正向促进作用,影响系数分别为0.74、0.45和0.14;投资情况对该区生态效率有负向抑制作用,影响系数为-0.40.基于研究结果,本文提出了五点发展建议,旨在进一步提高罗霄山集中连片特困地区的生态效率水平,推动该地区社会经济的高质量发展. Concentrated contiguous poor areas typically face more severe contradictions and conflicts in terms of economic development and ecological protection.The study of changes in ecological efficiency in concentrated and contiguous poor areas can provide more scientific support for their development.This paper takes Luoxiao Mountain concentrated contiguous poor area as the research area,selects the relevant panel data of 24 counties and districts in this area from 2011 to 2022,measures its eco-efficiency value by using Super-SBM model,then analyzes its spatial-temporal distribution pattern with the help of geographic information system,and finally explores its influencing factors by combining with the panel regression model.The results show that:(1)the overall eco-efficiency of Luoxiao Mountain concentrated contiguous poor area shows a fluctuating upward trend,with the value of eco-efficiency increasing from 0.73 in 2011 to 0.90 in 2022,and the gap between the counties is narrowing.(2)The ecological efficiency of Luoxiao Mountain concentrated contiguous poor area shows a spatial distribution pattern of"high around and low in the middle".(3)The spatial agglomeration of ecological efficiency in Luoxiao Mountain concentrated contiguous poor area has gone through the process of changing from strong to weak,and the spatial correlation between counties is not significant.(4)Population agglomeration,economic development,and technological innovation have positively promoted the ecological efficiency of the region,with impact coefficients of 0.74,0.45 and 0.14,respectively;the investment situation has negatively inhibited the ecological efficiency of the region,with an impact coefficient of-0.40.Based on the results of the study,this paper puts forward five development proposals aiming at further improving the level of eco-efficiency in the Luoxiao Mountain concentrated contiguous poor areas and promoting high-quality socio-economic development in the area.
