摘要
20世纪二三十年代兴起的乡村建设运动,诸多组织在其中扮演了重要角色。在江西省安义县万家埠实验区,官方与民间组织簇拥其中:在实验区办事处这一核心机构的外围,还有政府系统的省政府农村改进事业委员会、全国经济委员会及其江西办事处、农村合作委员会、省农业院、省卫生处等指导机关,以及本地的万家埠保证责任农村合作社、仰公学会等民间组织。这些组织机构的工作目标及范围、组织结构、社员构成以及经费支出等并不等同,但共同促成了万家埠实验区乡村建设的落地,其相互关系也影响了乡村建设运动的最终走向。
The rural reconstruction movement that emerged in the 1930s and 1940s saw numerous organizations play key roles.In the Wanjia Bu Experimental Zone of Anyi County,Jiangxi Province,both official and grassroots organizations were actively involved.Surrounding the central institution—the Experimental Zone Office—were various government bodies,including the Provincial Rural Improvement Committee,the National Economic Committee and its Jiangxi Office,the Rural Cooperation Committee,the Provincial Agricultural Institute,and the Provincial Health Office,alongside local organizations such as the Wanjia Bu Rural Cooperative and the Yanggong Society.Although these organizations differed in goals,scope of work,organizational structure,membership composition,and funding sources,they collectively facilitated the implementation of rural reconstruction efforts in the Wanjia Bu Experimental Zone.Their interactions also shaped the overall trajectory of the rural reconstruction movement.
