摘要
高职教育是现代职业教育体系的重要组成部分,服务产业一线是职业教育发展的总体目标。在产教融合背景下,高职英语教学改革强化人才与岗位的匹配度,以行业需求为导向,对接行业用人标准,以培养学生实践能力为重点,突出职业能力培养,注重创新型、复合型、应用型人才培养模式。校企双方共同参与外语人才培养全过程,实现校企协同育人、合作共赢的目的。
Higher vocational education is an important component of modern vocational education system,and serving the front line of the industry is the overall goal of vocational education development.In the context of the integration of industry and education,the reform of higher vocational English teaching strengthens the matching between talents and positions,takes industry demand as the guide and connects with industry employment standards.It focuses on cultivating students’practical abilities,highlighting vocational ability training,and giving priority to the innovative,compound,and applied talent training model.Colleges and enterprises jointly participate in the entire process of foreign language talent cultivation,achieving the goal of collaborative education and win-win cooperation between colleges and enterprises.
