摘要
为了探究甘蓝型油菜多主茎发生机制,本研究以ms突变体油菜和野生型(WT)油菜为研究材料,分别选取播种75 d的野生型(WT)及ms的顶端分生组织,进行转录组和代谢组联合分析。转录组分析结果表明,参与CK降解、IAA合成、GA合成和信号转导相关基因发生了显著变化,其中CKX6、IAA7、IAA16和GID1A均下调表达,这都有利于植株中分枝的发育;代谢组分析也发现与油菜多主茎性状形成密切相关的反式玉米素等差异代谢物在ms中均呈上调趋势,而生长素、赤霉素等差异代谢物则呈下调趋势,形成了适宜的激素环境。转录组和代谢组联合分析发现ms多主茎的形成与细胞分裂素、生长素及赤霉素信号途径有关。
In order to explore the mechanism of multi-stem occurrence in Brassica napus L.,in this study,ms mutant rape and wild type(WT)rape were used as research materials and the apical meristem of ms mutant and wild-type(WT)rapeseed sown for 75 days were selected for combined transcriptome and metabolome analysis.Transcriptomic analysis showed that there were significant changes in genes involved in CK degradation,IAA synthesis,GA synthesis and signal transduction,among which CKX6,IAA7,IAA16 and GID1A were down-regulated,all of which were conducive to the development of branches in the plant.Metabolome analysis also found that the differential metabolites such as trans-zetin,which are closely related to the formation of multiple main stem traits in rape,were up-regulated in ms,while the differential metabolites such as auxin and gibberellin were down-regulated,forming a suitable hormonal environment.Combined transcriptome and metabolome analysis showed that the formation of multiple main stems of ms was related to cytokinin,auxin and gibberellin signaling pathways.
