摘要
土岩溶地区的地质条件较差,易造成高层建筑基础的承载力不足或不均匀沉降。以龙岩地区铁发佳苑项目基础工程为例,通过三种不同基础方案的优选,采用在桩顶设置刚度调节装置的桩筏基础设计,很好解决了土岩溶地区建筑地基承载力不足问题。经实测结果显示建筑地基基础的不均匀沉降和总体沉降量均较小,表明此基础设计方案能有效控制岩溶地区基础的差异沉降等问题,同时在工程造价和工期方面取得了较好的经济社会效益。
The geological conditions in karst areas are often leads to insufficient bearing capacity or uneven settlement of high-rise building foundations.Taking the foundation engineering of Tiefa Jiayuan project in Longyan area as an example,through the optimization of three different foundation schemes,the pile-raft foundation design with stiffness adjustment device set at the pile top was adopted,which effectively solved the problem of insufficient bearing capacity of building foundations in soil karst areas.The actual measurement results show that the uneven settlement and overall settlement of the building foundation are relatively small,indicating that this foundation design scheme can effectively control the differential settlement of the foundation in karst areas.At the same time,good economic and social benefits have been achieved in terms of project cost and schedule.
