摘要
岩溶地区建筑物基础若采用常规桩基,需进行一桩一探的施工勘探,不仅造价高工期长,而且成桩质量难以保证.与常规桩基相比,天然地基在工期、造价、施工质量上都具有较大优势.通过计算论证了岩溶地区某高层建筑采用天然地基的可能性,并通过PLAXIS有限元程序对其进行了数值模拟分析,结果表明在充分考虑筏板的尺寸效应、卵石层的应力扩散以及地基土的实际应力状态等一系列因素后,该项目各项测试指标均可以满足设计要求,采用天然地基是完全可行的.
If general pile foundations are used as foundation forms in karst areas, each pile should be explored for construction. It is not only costly but also time-consuming, making it hard to guarantee the piling quality. Compared with general pile foundations, natural foundations are fairly adwantageous in terms of construction period, costs and construction quality. This paper examines the possibility of using natural foundations in constructing a tall building in a karst area through manual calculation. PLAXIS finite element program is employed to numerically simulate and analyze the possibility. The results show that all the testing indexes can satisfy the design requirements and thus this approach is entirely feasible when the factors are taken into consideration, i.e. the size effect of the raft, the cobble layer stress diffusion, and the actual stress state of the foundation soil.
