摘要
腹腔镜手术教学一直是外科教学中的薄弱环节,而腔镜外科的迅猛发展使得构建真实、高效、医师职业生涯全覆盖的梯度化腹腔镜手术教学体系迫在眉睫。西安交通大学第一附属医院肝胆外科针对青年医师腔镜技术的培养与提高,联合真实脏器腔镜训练系统、磁牵引术野暴露系统的研发、转化单位,共同构建了基于磁牵引术野暴露系统与真实脏器腔镜训练系统的梯度化腹腔镜手术教学体系。该教学体系共包含6个阶段,能够满足青年医师从新手到主刀全过程的培训需求,符合由浅入深、由易到难的教学原则。借助该梯度化腹腔镜手术教学体系,已有48名医师完成腹腔镜技术的培训与进阶,获得了良好教学效果,并得到临床专家的好评。
Laparoscopic teaching is the weak segment of surgical education.The fast development of laparoscopic surgery urged a realistic and effective gradient laparoscopic surgery teaching system,which could cover the whole career of laparoscopic surgeon.Aiming at the training and improvement of laparoscopic technology of young surgeons,Department of Hepatobiliary Surgery,The First Affiliated Hospital of Xi’an Jiaotong University cooperated with the research and transformation team of magnetic traction surgical field exposure system and high simulation surgery training system and jointly established the gradient laparoscopic surgery teaching system based on magnetic traction surgical field exposure system and high simulation surgery training system.The teaching system included six sectors and conformed to the teaching principle of going from the easy to the difficult,facing all requirements of young surgeons from the junior stage to the senior stage.By using the gradient laparoscopic surgery teaching system,48 surgeons have completed the training and advance of laparoscopic technology,good teaching effects were achieved,and the teaching system was praised by clinical experts.
