摘要
目的调查并分析康复治疗系实习生对康复治疗专业前景认可度、满意度及学习状况情况。方法选取2023年10月在郑州大学第三附属医院康复医学科实习的河南中医药大学、新乡三全学院共220名康复治疗系实习生为研究对象,以线上问卷形式进行匿名问卷调查,问卷调查内容通过查阅文献结合访谈设计,主要包括受试者的一般情况、高考是否主动报考康复治疗学专业、对康复治疗专业的满意度及了解情况、课外学习的动机、对专业前景的态度以及规划。结果发放问卷220份,回收有效问卷190份,有效回收率为86.40%。在专业满意度方面,非常满意和满意的学生共113名,占比59.47%。专科实习生与本科实习生专业满意度比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),主动报考本专业组专业满意度(63.4%)高于被动调剂组(34.6%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),根据重新报考是否会选择本专业分组,选择“不会”(19.4%)、“不确定”的实习生(37.0%)和选择“会”(93.0%)的实习生专业满意度比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);在如果重新报考是否会选择本专业方面,不同的学历之间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);在知识获取途径方面,在学校期间课外学习方式中,162名(85.28%)实习生通过网络获取,实习期间,161名(84.74%)实习生学习的内容来源于康复治疗专业课本;在学习动机方面,132名(69.48%)实习生认为是自我感觉需要;在对专业前景认可度方面,乐观的实习生占比41.05%,悲观的占比7.37%,学历与专业前景认可度方面相关[OR=0.402,95%CI(0.188,0.859),P<0.05],不同的性别、年龄实习生对前景认可度方面无相关性(P>0.05)。结论康复治疗系实习生对本专业满意度及前景认可度有待提升,绝大部分康复治疗系的学生都具有旺盛的求知欲和强烈的学习欲,追求自我价值已经成为他们最大的学习动机。
Objective To investigate and analyze the degree of recognition,satisfaction and learning status of rehabilitation treatment interns.Methods A total of 220 interns in the department of rehabilitation therapy from Henan University of Chinese Medicine and Xinxiang Sanquan College,who practiced in the department of rehabilitation medicine in the Third Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University in October 2023,were selected as the research objects to conduct an anonymous questionnaire survey in the form of online questionnaires.The questionnaire content was designed through literature review and interview.It mainly included the subjects'general situation,whether to take the initiative to apply for rehabilitation therapy major in college entrance examination,their satisfaction with and understanding of rehabilitation therapy,their motivation for extracurricular study,their attitude towards professional prospects and planning.Results A total of 220 questionnaires were sent out,and 190 valid questionnaires were collected,with an effective recovery rate of 86.40%.In terms of professional satisfaction,113 students were very satisfied,accounting for 59.47%.There was no significant difference in professional satisfaction between junior college interns and undergraduate interns(P>0.05).The professional satisfaction of the active enrollment group(63.4%)was higher than that of the passive adjustment group(34.6%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).According to whether the re-enrollment would choose the professional group,the choice would not(19.4%),uncertain students(37.0%)and the choice would(93.0%)students'professional satisfaction,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001),there was no statistically significant difference between different academic qualifications in terms of whether or not to choose this major if re-applying for the examination(P>0.05);in terms of knowledge acquisition,162 interns(85.28%)acquired knowledge through the Internet during the school period.During the internship,16
