基于网络教学平台的混合式教学应用于医学免疫学教学的探索

摘要 目的探究基于网络教学平台的混合式教学于医学免疫学课程中的应用效果。方法选取2022年2月—2023年7月徐州医科大学126名临床医学专业学生,按照年级划分为对照组(2020级学生,n=61)以及观察组(2021级学生,n=65)。对照组进行传统教学方式的医学免疫学授课,观察组接受基于网络教学平台的混合式教学授课;统计并比较2组学生学期结束后的理论成绩、实验技能成绩、课堂出勤率以及学期结束后2组学生对医学免疫学课程的满意度。结果观察组学生的理论成绩、实验技能成绩分别为(92.33±3.89)分、(95.44±3.71)分,高于对照组的(85.64±6.15)分、(82.56±6.28)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);观察组学生在前12周课堂出勤率最高为(92.15±1.36)%,最低为(86.54±3.75)%;对照组出勤率最高为(88.56±2.87)%,最低为(81.22±3.96)%,观察组学生在前16周的课堂出勤率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);另外,观察组研究对象在课程趣味性、拓展性、实践性的满意度均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论基于网络教学平台的混合式教学能够有效提升授课效果、课堂出勤率以及学生对课程的满意度,进而促进教育质量的全面提升。 Objective To explore the application effect of blended teaching based on the network teaching platform in medical immunology course.Methods A total of 126 clinical medical students from Xuzhou Medical University from February 2022 to July 2023 were selected and divided into control group(grade 2020 students,n=61)and observation group(grade 2021 students,n=65)according to the grade.The control group was taught with medical immunology teaching with traditional teaching methods,and the observation group was taught with blended teaching based on the network teaching platform.The theoretical scores,experimental skills scores,classroom attendance rates of the two groups of students after the end of the semester,and the satisfaction of the two groups of students with the medical immunology course after the end of the semester were counted and compared.Results The theoretical scores and experimental skills of the students in the observation group were(92.33±3.89)points and(95.44±3.71)points,respectively,which were higher than those in the control group[(85.64±6.15)points and(82.56±6.28)points],the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001);in the observation group,the highest classroom attendance rate was(92.15±1.36)% and the lowest was(86.54±3.75)% in the first 12 weeks.The highest attendance rate of the control group was(88.56±2.87)%,and the lowest was(81.22±3.96)%.The classroom attendance rates of the observation group were higher than that of the control group in the first 16 weeks,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).In addition,the satisfaction of the subjects in the observation group were higher than that in the control group in terms of course interest,expansion and practicality,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The blended teaching based on the network teaching platform can effectively improve the teaching effect,class attendance and students'satisfaction with the course,so as to promote the overall improvement of education quality.
