摘要
目的:观察参苓白术散联合司美格鲁肽治疗超重/肥胖2型糖尿病患者的效果。方法:回顾性分析2022年9月至2024年1月于该院就诊的65例超重/肥胖2型糖尿病患者的临床资料,依据治疗方案不同将其分为对照组(n=32)和观察组(n=33)。对照组采用司美格鲁肽治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合参苓白术散治疗,比较两组治疗前后中医证候积分、血糖指标(空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白)水平、体质量指数、腰围、胰岛素指标(空腹胰岛素、胰岛素抵抗指数)水平和不良反应发生率。结果:治疗2个月后,观察组中医证候积分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗2个月后,观察组空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白、空腹胰岛素水平和胰岛素抵抗指数均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗2个月后,观察组体质量指数、腰围均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:参苓白术散联合司美格鲁肽治疗超重/肥胖2型糖尿病患者可降低中医证候积分、血糖指标水平、胰岛素指标水平、体质量指数和腰围,效果优于单纯司美格鲁肽治疗。
Objective:To observe effects of Shenling Baizhu powder combined with Semaglutide in treatment of overweight/obese patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus.Methods:The clinical data of 65 overweight/obese patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus who were admitted to the hospital from September 2022 to January 2024 were retrospectively analyzed.According to different treatment options,they were divided into control group(n=32)and observation group(n=33).The control group was treated with Semaglutide,while the observation group was treated with Shenling Baizhu powder on the basis of that of the control group.The TCM syndrome score,the blood glucose index(fasting blood glucose,2h postprandial blood glucose,glycosylated hemoglobin)levels,the body mass index,the waist circumference,the insulin index(fasting insulin,insulin resistance index)levels,and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups before and after the treatment.Results:After 2 months of treatment,the TCM syndrome score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 2 months of treatment,the fasting blood glucose,2 h postprandial blood glucose,glycosylated hemoglobin,fasting insulin levels and the insulin resistance index levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After 2 months of treatment,the body mass index and the waist circumference of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).However,there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions:Shenling Baizhu powder combined with Semaglutide in the treatment of the overweight/obese patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus can reduce the TCM syndrome scores,the blood glucose index levels,the insulin index levels,the body mass index and the waist circumference.Moreover,it is
