摘要
目的 系统评价三金排石汤加减治疗泌尿系结石的有效性与安全性。方法 检索中国知网(CNKI)、维普(VIP)、万方(WanFang)、中国生物医学文献数据库(CBM)、PubMed上的有关三金排石汤联合常规西医疗法(试验组)对比常规西医疗法(对照组)治疗泌尿系结石的临床随机对照研究,检索时限定为2010年1月1日~2023年12月1日。根据纳排标准进行文献筛选和数据提取,运用Review Manager 5.4软件进行Meta分析。结果 纳入符合要求的10篇随机对照研究,共1 286例患者,试验组648例,对照组638例。Meta分析结果:实验组的临床总有效率[OR=3.57,95%CI(2.28,5.60),P <0.000 01]、结石排出率[OR=4.00,95%CI(2.75,5.82),P <0.00001]、结石排出时间[MD=-5.78,95%CI(-9.54,-2.03),P=0.003]均优于对照组,且不良反应发生率[OR=0.32,95%CI(0.19,0.57),P<0.000 1]低于对照组。结论 三金排石汤对于泌尿系结石有较好的治疗效果且安全性较高。
Objective To systematically evaluate the effectiveness and safety of modified Sanjin Paishi Decoction in the treatment of urinary calculi.Methods A randomized controlled clinical study was conducted on China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI),VIP,WanFang,China Biomedical Literature Database(CBM),and PubMed on the randomized controlled clinical study on the combination of Sanjin Paishi Decoction and conventional western medicine therapy(experimental group)in the treatment of urinary calculi compared to conventional western medicine therapy(control group).The search period was limited to January 1,2010 to December 1,2023.According to the inclusion criteria,literature screening and data extraction were conducted,and Meta-analysis was conducted using Review Manager 5.4 software.Results Ten randomized controlled studies were included that met the requirements,with a total of 1286 patients,648 in the experimental group and 638 in the control group.Meta analysis results:The clinical total effective rate[OR=3.57,95%CI(2.28,5.60),P<0.00001],stone excretion rate[OR=4.00,95%CI(2.75,5.82),P<0.00001],stone excretion time[MD=-5.78,95%CI(-9.54,-2.03),P=0.003]of the experimental group were all better than those of the control group,and the incidence of adverse reactions[OR=0.32,95%CI(0.19,0.57),P<0.0001]was lower than that of the control group.Conclusion Sanjin Paishi Decoction has a good therapeutic effect and high safety for urinary calculi.
