摘要
榜样教育获得感对高校思想政治教育有着重要意义。基于扎根理论的研究发现,榜样选树、学生内驱力、教育情境和评价反馈四个主类属是影响榜样教育获得感的重要因素。四个主类属及其所属八个对应类属相互作用,构成了影响因素的作用机制模型。通过分析模型可以得出:合理选树榜样是提升榜样教育获得感的前提条件;激发学生内驱力是提升榜样教育获得感的核心要素;优化教育情境是提升榜样教育获得感的有效路径;增强反馈评价是提升榜样教育获得感的保障机制。
The acquisition sense of model education is of great significance to the ideological and political education in colleges and universities.Based on the grounded theory,it is found that model tree selection,student drive,educational situation and evaluation feedback are the important factors that affect the acquisition sense of model education.The interaction of the four main genera and their eight corresponding genera constitutes the mechanism model of the influencing factors.Through the analysis of the model,it can be concluded that:the reasonable selection of model is the prerequisite for enhancing the acquisition sense of model education;stimulating students'inner drive is the core element of enhancing the acquisition sense in model education;optimizing educa-tional situation is an effective way to enhance the sense of acquisition of model education;and strengthening feedback evaluation is the guarantee mechanism to enhance the acquisition sense of model education.
