具身认知理论视域下大学体育有效教学促进研究

Research on the Promotion of Effective Teaching in College Physical Education from the Perspective of Embodied Cognition Theory

摘要 本研究在理论阐释基础上,提出了理论与实践融合、构建具身教学情境等教学改革策略。采用案例分析、教学实验和学生反馈等方法手段来评估具身教学策略在实际教学中的应用效果。结果显示,将具身认知理论融入体育教学能显著提升学生的学习动机、参与度和学习成效。 On the basis of theoretical explanation,this study puts forward some teaching reform strategies,such as integrating theory and practice and constructing embodied teaching situation.Case analysis,teaching experiment and student feedback are used to evaluate the effect of embodied teaching strategy in practical teaching.The results show that integrating embodied cognitive theory into physical education teaching can significantly improve students'learning motivation,participation and learning effectiveness.
