摘要
针对某核电厂汽轮机进汽阀液压驱动油缸工作油液泄漏问题,基于液压驱动油缸活塞杆的动态密封结构与工作机理,通过对故障设备部件进行解体检查,排查到漏油是液压驱动油缸活塞杆动态密封失效所致;此外,本文分析了导致该种液压驱动油缸活塞杆动态密封失效的根本原因,并提出相应的改进措施。措施实施后,该核电厂汽轮机进汽阀液压驱动油缸泄漏问题得以解决,为汽轮机进汽阀的可靠运行提供重要保障。
Aiming at the oil leakage problem of the hydraulic drive cylinder of the steam turbine inlet valve in a nuclear power plant,based on the dynamic sealing structure and working mechanism of the piston rod of the hydraulic drive cylinder,through the disassembly inspection of the faulty equipment components,it is found that the oil leakage is caused by the dynamic sealing failure of the piston rod of the hydraulic drive cylinder.In addition,this paper analyzes the root cause of the dynamic sealing fail-ure of the piston rod of the hydraulic drive cylinder,and puts forward the coresponding improvement measures.After the implementation of the measures,the leakage problem of the hydraulic drive cylinder of the steam turbine inlet valve of the nuclear power plant was solved,which provided an important guarantee for the reliable operation of the steam turbine inlet valve.
