新型早强混杂纤维增强水泥基复合材料抗压性能试验研究

摘要 以硫铝酸盐水泥、硅灰及粉煤灰为主要胶凝材料,通过掺入玄武岩纤维与聚乙烯醇(PVA)纤维,制备出具备早强性和延性的新型早强混杂纤维增强水泥基复合材料(ES-HFRCC)。采用正交设计方法优选出抗压性能最优的材料配合比,研究了该材料在早龄期阶段的抗压性能,并采用极差分析和方差分析对ES-HFRCC抗压强度的主要因素及影响显著性进行了研究。试验结果表明:随着硅灰掺量及玄武岩纤维与PVA纤维体积掺量比值的提高,ES-HFRCC抗压强度表现为先降低后升高,但玄武岩与PVA纤维体积掺量比值对ES-HFRCC抗压强度的影响更显著。 A new early-strength hybrid fiber reinforced cementitious composites(ES-HFRCC)with both early-strength and ductility was prepared using sulphoaluminate cement,silica fume and fly ash as the main cementitious materials,and by incorporating basalt and polyvinyl alcohol(PVA)fiber.The orthogonal design method was used to select the optimum material ratio for the compressive properties.The compressive property of the material at the early age stage was investigated,the main influencing factors and the significance of the influence were studied by using extreme difference analysis and analysis of variance.The test results show that with the increase of silica fume content and the volume ratio of basalt fiber to PVA fiber,the compressive strength of ES-HFRCC decreases first and then increases,but the volume ratio of basalt to PVA fiber has a more significant effect on the compressive strength of ES-HFRCC.
