玄武岩纤维粉煤灰混凝土正交试验研究 被引量:4

摘要 为了研究玄武岩纤维粉煤灰混凝土各因素对力学性能的影响,采用正交试验方法研究粉煤灰掺量、纤维掺量、纤维长度以及减水剂掺量对玄武岩纤维粉煤灰混凝土抗压强度、劈裂抗拉强度和抗折强度的影响,并通过电镜扫描观察其细观状态分析玄武岩纤维和粉煤灰对这种复合材料结构增强增韧的机理。研究结果表明:粉煤灰掺量对混凝土抗压强度最具显著性影响,纤维掺量对混凝土的劈裂抗拉强度和抗折强度最具显著性影响;在优先侧重玄武岩纤维粉煤灰混凝土的抗压强度、劈裂抗拉强度和抗折强度要求下,最优配合比分别为A1B1C2D2、A1B3C2D1和A1B1C3D2;玄武岩纤维和粉煤灰对纤维粉煤灰混凝土这种复合材料力学性能的改善均贡献各自的作用。 To study the influence of various factors on the mechanical properties of basalt fiber fly ash concrete,the orthogonal test method was adopted to study the influence of fly ash content,fiber content,fiber length and water reducing agent on the compressive strength,splitting tensile strength and flexural strength of basalt fiber fly ash concrete,and the microscopic state was observed by scanning electron microscopy to analyze the mechanism of basalt fiber and fly ash on the strengthening and toughening of the composite structure.The results show that the content of fly ash has the most significant effect on the compressive strength of concrete,and the content of fiber has the most significant effect on the splitting tensile strength and bending strength of concrete.In priority on basalt fiber fly ash concrete compressive strength,splitting tensile strength and flexural strength requirement,the optimal mix ratio is A1B1C2D2,A1B3C2D1 and A1B1C3D2,respectively.Basalt fiber and fly ash contribute to the improvement of mechanical properties of fiber fly ash concrete composite.
