摘要
定向钻进探放水技术因其在大规模、长距离探放水中的显著优势,逐渐成为矿井生产中的重要设备。然而,实际生产中不合理的钻场和钻机布局会导致钻探时间过长、工作效率低下,从而制约掘进进度,影响整体生产效率。为此,本文结合小纪汗矿井的地质资料与掘进条件,提出了三种掘进工作面长距离探放水设计方案,并分析了各方案的施工时间、影响掘进和区域包络范围。同时,综合考虑探掘接替情况和探放水范围,优选出最适合的工作面探放水设计方案。本文的研究为提高掘进效率和保障生产效益提供了重要的参考依据,推动矿井生产管理的优化与发展。
Directional drilling water exploration technology has gradually become an important equipment in mine production due to its significant advantages in large-scale and long-distance water exploration.However,unreasonable drilling sites and rig layouts in actual production can lead to long drilling times and low work efficiency,thereby restricting excavation progress and affecting overall production efficiency.Therefore,based on the geological data and excavation conditions of Xiaojihan Mine,this article proposes three long-distance water exploration design schemes for excavation working faces,and analyzes the construction time,impact on excavation,and regional envelope range of each scheme.At the same time,taking into account the situation of exploration and excavation succession and the scope of exploration and drainage,the most suitable design scheme for the exploration and drainage of the working face is selected.This study provides important reference for improving excavation efficiency and ensuring production benefits,promoting the optimization and development of mine production management.
