摘要
为了进一步认清中国矿井水害事故现状及其相关因素特征,通过统计国家煤矿安全监察局煤矿事故查询系统公布的数据(资料日期:2001年1月1日—2013年12月31日),对2001—2013年我国发生的矿井水害事故的相关信息分层次、分类别统计,对以往公布的陈旧、错误数据进行了修正更新;总结了我国煤矿水害事故的类型;阐明了水害事故发生区域、发生时间、煤矿企业特征以及国家制定的法规政策等相关因素与煤矿水害事故之间的密切关系。根据不同类型水害事故的特点提出有效的技术防治路线,并对目前制约煤矿水害防治技术的关键问题进行了探讨。
To understand the current situation of coal mine water hazards and their correlative factor characteristics, the authors made hierarchical and classified statistics on the information of China coal mine water hazard accidents as obtained from the inquiry system of the State Administration of Coal Mine Safety （SACMS） during 2001-2013 in China; then modified and updated the previous old and error data; summarized the types of the coal mine water hazard accidents in China; and finally illustrated the close relationship between some related factors and coal mine water disaster accidents, these factors include the occurrence regions of the water hazards, occurrence time, characteristics of coal enterprises, national coal mine related regulations and policies. According to the characteristics of different types of water disaster accidents, some effective prevention routes were proposed and discussed the key problems which restrict the present coal mine water control and prevention technologies.
