景观保护的生态成效评估:以神农架国家公园体制试点为例

摘要 大尺度景观保护已成为生物多样性保护中的重要举措,但其保护成效究竟如何,还未得到充分验证,中国国家公园建设为验证其成效提供了良好契机。以神农架国家公园体制试点为案例,以景观破碎化综合指数为评估指标,采用倾向得分匹配法建构反事实评估模型以克服样本选择的内生性偏差,评价国家公园体制试点的生态成效。分别比较了神农架国家公园体制试点内非自然保护区、神农架国家公园体制试点内原国家级自然保护区与其各自的对照区在试点建立前后的景观格局变化情况。结果表明,神农架国家公园体制试点在减缓景观破碎化、提升生态保护成效方面发挥了积极作用,尤其是在对非原有保护区的保护上取得了显著成效。然而,对于原有国家级自然保护区,体制试点的进一步保护措施效果提升并不明显,需要更长时间观察或更深入的干预措施才能显现出其保护效果。 Large-scale landscape conservation has become an important measure in the protection of biodiversity,but its effectiveness has not been fully verified.The construction of national parks in China provides a good opportunity to verify their effectiveness.Taking the Shennongjia National Park system pilot as a case study and using the comprehensive landscape fragmentation index as an evaluation indicator,this study adopts the propensity score matching method to construct a counterfactual evaluation model to overcome the endogeneity bias in sample selection and to evaluate the ecological effectiveness of the national park pilot system.This research compares the changes in landscape patterns before and after the establishment of the pilot in the non-nature reserve areas within the Shennongjia National Park system pilot,the original national-level nature reserve areas within the Shennongjia National Park system pilot,and their control areas.The study found that the Shennongjia National Park system pilot has played a positive role in mitigating landscape fragmentation and enhancing ecological protection effectiveness,especially in the protection of non-original protected areas where significant results have been achieved.However,for the original national-level nature reserves,the further protective measures of the pilot system did not show a significant improvement in effectiveness,and a longer period of observation or more in-depth intervention measures are needed to demonstrate their protective effects.
