列车控制电路仿真系统的开发与应用

摘要 针对轨道交通领域整列车控制电路逻辑复杂、现车调试周期长的问题,提出了具备建模高效、灵活适配、仿真测试一体化的仿真建模和测试系统,开发了列车控制电路仿真系统。该系统支持人工绘制和EB图纸导入的方式生成仿真电路图,有效解决了由于图纸数量大幅增加而带来的检查和阅读困难问题,详述了列车控制电路仿真系统的设计与实现方法,并重点阐述了开发过程中EB图纸导入自动生成电路模型、自动化测试工具和可视化仿真交互界面等方面的具体开发方案。结合实际应用案例,介绍了列车控制电路仿真系统应用于整车项目控制电路设计验证时的使用方法。目前该系统已应用于动车组、城轨等多个典型项目,仿真工程搭建效率高、系统运行顺畅,能够有效验证控制电路的正确性,应用效果良好,为后续进行整车控制功能的验证奠定了良好的基础。 To solve the problems of complicated logic of whole train control circuit and long commissioning cycle of vehicles in stock in the rail transit field,the article proposes a simulation modeling and testing system with efficient modeling,flexible adaptation and integrated simulation and testing and develops the train control circuit simulation system.This system supports to generate simulation circuit diagrams by means of manual drawing and importation of EB drawings,which effectively overcome the difficulty of examination and reading due to great increase of the number of drawings.It describes in details the method of design and realization of the train control circuit simulation system,mainly expounds the concrete development schemes in terms of automatic generation of circuit model by importing EB drawings,automatic testing tools and visualized simulation interactive interface.Combining the actual application cases,it introduces the method of using the train control circuit simulation system to the design verification of the control circuit for the whole train.At present,this system has been applied to multiple typical projects such as EMUs and urban rail vehicles.It shows a high efficiency of simulation engineering construction and a smooth operation of system.It can effectively verify the correctness of the control circuit with a good effect of application,laying a good foundation for subsequent verification of the whole train control function.
