有机硅涂层专用浅色硅橡胶四防面漆的制备与性能评价

摘要 以改性硅橡胶、钛白粉与导电钛白粉为主要原料,制备了一种与有机硅防热涂层结合力优良的有机硅涂层专用浅色硅橡胶四防面漆。研究不同导电钛白粉添加量对该面漆性能的影响。结果表明,当导电钛白粉的添加量为28%时,该面漆与有机硅防热涂层结合力为≤0级,表面电阻率<10~9Ω/sq,亨特明度值L>80,其性能均可满足要求。 Using modified silicone rubber,titanium dioxide and conductive titanium dioxide as the main raw materials,a light-colored silicone rubber four-proof topcoat for silicone coating with good adhesion to silicone heatresistant coating was prepared.The effects of different conductive titanium dioxide dosages on the properties of the topcoat were studied.The results showed that when the amount of conductive titanium dioxide is 28%,the adhesion between the topcoat and the silicone heat-proof coating is less than or equal to zero degree,the surface resistivity is less than109Ω/sq,and the lightness value L is more than 80.The properties can meet the requirements.
