摘要
技能人才协同发展是实现长株潭技能人才高质量发展的核心要素,是长株潭一体化建设的重要内生动力。针对长株潭技能人才协同发展面临的战略理念存在偏差、运行方式不畅、体制机制创新后劲不足等现实困局,从强化协同发展的战略共识,理顺协同发展的运行路径,构建协同发展的生态体系等方面提出促进长株潭技能人才协同发展的破局之策。
The coordinated development of skilled talents is the core factor to realize the high-quality development of skilled talents in Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan and an important internal driving force for the integration construction of Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan.In view of the practical difficulties faced by the collaborative development of skilled talents in Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan,such as deviation in strategic concept,poor operation mode and lack of institutional and mechanism innovation,this paper puts forward some countermeasures to promote the collaborative development of skilled talents in Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan from the aspects of strengthening the strategic consensus of collaborative development,rationalizing the operation path of collaborative development,and building an ecological system of collaborative development.
