摘要
职业教育肩负着培养多样化人才、传承技术技能、促进就业创业的重要职责。专科层次高等职业教育主要是为企业培养高素质技术技能人才,在现代职业教育体系“中等职业教育—专科层次职业教育—本科层次职业教育”的衔接贯通中有着至关重要的作用。以江西省为例,通过对专科层次高等职业学校专业结构与区域经济发展状况、产业结构变化、产业就业人口结构等方面数据搜集整理,对专科层次高等职业学校专业结构与区域产业结构的耦合协调度进行研究。研究发现:江西省专科层次高等职业学校专业结构与产业经济的发展耦合度基本处于高水平耦合阶段,但耦合协调度在2011—2020年间处于过渡调和区,2020年耦合协调度处于勉强协调阶段,与协调发展区的要求还有一定的差距。根据分析结果,提出政策建议:通过政府宏观调控提高专业结构与产业结构的适配性;加强校企合作,促进专科层次高等职业学校加强专业设置的适应性;专业群与特色产业协同发展,提升江西省专科层次高等职业学校专业结构与产业结构的耦合协调度。
Vocational education plays an important role in cultivating diversified talents,passing on technical skills and promoting employment and entrepreneurship.Vocational education at college-level which plays a crucial role in the connection of modern vocational education system,that is,secondary-level,college-level,and undergraduate-level,is mainly to train high-quality technical talents for enterprises.Taking Jiangxi Province as an example,the paper studies the coupling coordination degree between the professional structure of vocational education at college-level and the regional industrial structure by collecting and sorting the data of the professional structure of vocational education at college-level and the regional economic development,the change of industrial structure and the population structure of industrial employment.The results show that the coupling degree of professional structure and industrial economy development of vocational colleges in Jiangxi province is basically in a high level of coupling stage,but the coupling coordination degree is in a transitional and harmonious zone from 2011 to 2020,and the coupling coordination degree is barely in a coordinated stage in 2020,which still falls short of the requirements of coordinated development zone.Some policy suggestions are put forward according to the analysis results.The adaptability of major structure and industrial structure should be improved through government macro-control;college-enterprise cooperation should be strengthened to promote the adaptability of major setting in higher vocational schools;major groups and characteristic industries should be developed coordinately to improve the coupling coordination degree between major structure and industrial structure of vocational colleges in Jiangxi Province.
