探讨阳虚质红外热成像数学量化模型及其再验证研究

摘要 目的探讨阳虚质的红外热成像数学量化模型及其验证研究。方法根据《中医体质分类与判定》标准选取符合平和质、阳虚质辨识标准的柳州市中医医院治未病中心门诊及体检科就诊人群300例,其中平和质组150例,阳虚质组150例,比较两组人群相应观察区域的红外皮温特征及热值数据,得出阳虚质的红外热成像数学量化模型。为验证该模型的诊断价值,另外选取符合纳排标准的人群200例,通过三盲法对上述人群根据《中医体质量表》进行体质再辨识和红外热成像数学量化模型的体质再判定,两组数据采用阳虚质构成比进行检验。结果两组上焦区域ΔT比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组的督脉、任脉区域ΔT比较,阳虚质组明显高于平和质组(P<0.05)。两组的双肾、中脘区域ΔT比较,阳虚质组明显高于平和质组(P<0.05)。对比200例受试者的研究结果,两种研究方法得出的体质结果一致的有126例,结果相符率为63%,其中,经《中医体质量表》辨识为阳虚质的61例,非阳虚质65例;经阳虚质的红外热成像数学量化模型辨识为阳虚质的为59例,非阳虚质67例;两种方法差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论阳虚质红外热成像的数学量化模型在一定程度上可作为阳虚质的简便、快捷、客观的辨识方法。 Objective To discuss on the mathematical quantification model and validation of infrared thermal imaging for Yang deficiency.Methods Based on the standard for Classification and Determination of Traditional Chinese Medicine Constitution,300 patients from the outpatient and physical examination departments of the prevention and treatment center of Liuzhou city traditional Chinese medicine hospital who meet the identification standards of calm and Yang deficiency constitution were selected,including 150 patients from the calm and Yang deficiency constitution group.The infrared skin temperature characteristics and calorific value data of the corresponding observation areas of the two groups were compared to obtain a mathematical quantitative model of infrared thermal imaging for Yang deficiency constitution.To verify the diagnostic value of the model,an additional 200 individuals who met the inclusion and exclusion criteria were selected and subjected to re identification of the constitution using the Traditional Chinese Medicine Constitution Scale and re determination of the constitution using the infrared thermal imaging mathematical quantification model using a three blind method.The two sets of data were tested using the Yang deficiency constitution ratio.Results There was no statistically significant difference inΔT between the two groups in the upper warmer region(P>0.05).The comparison ofΔT in the areas of the Du and Ren meridians between the two groups showed that the Yang deficiency group was significantly higher than the normal-constitution group(P<0.05).The comparison ofΔT in the bilateral kidneys and Zhongwan region between the two groups showed that the Yang deficiency group was significantly higher than the normal-constitution group(P<0.05).Comparing the research results of 200 subjects,there were 126 cases with consistent physical fitness results obtained by the two research methods,with a consistency rate of 63%,among them,61 cases were identified as Yang deficiency by the Traditional Chinese Medi
