摘要
目的:调查分析1728例医护人员的中医体质类型分布情况,并探讨每种体质类型的红外热像分布规律。方法:利用2016年6月-2017年6月对柳州市中医医院全院医护人员的中医体质横断面现场调查的1728例数据,采用标准化的中医体质量表判定个体体质类型,采用数字式医用红外热像仪描述个体体质类型的红外热像分布特点。结果:医护人员中,平和质占1.7%(29/1728),偏颇体质占98.3%(1699/1728);偏颇体质中,91.1%(1574/1728)为兼夹体质,居于前3位的是阳虚血虚质、阴阳两虚质、气郁血虚质,分别占41.0%(708/1728)、28.6%(494/1728)和16.1%(279/1728);7.2%(125/1728)为单一体质,居前3位的为阳虚质、血虚质和痰湿质,分别占3.8%(66/1278)、1.7%(29/1278)和0.8%(14/1278);不同职业、性别、年龄的体质类型其分布不同,差异性具有显著意义(P<0.05);不同的体质类型在红外热像仪上呈现出一定规律的红外皮温分布特点。结论:医护人员中大部分存在偏颇体质,而以兼夹体质居多,不同职业(医生、护士)、性别、年龄的人群其体质类型不同,不同的体质类型其红外皮温分布不同。
Objective:To investigate and analyze the distribution of TCM constitutive types of 1728 medical staff,and to explore the infrared thermographic distribution of each constitutive type.Methods:TCM constitutive types of 1728 medical staff were determined by standardized TCM body mass scale.The distribution characteristics of infrared thermal images of individual constitution types are described by medical infrared thermal imager.Results:Among the medical staff,the proportion of the Pinghe type(平和质)was 1.7%(29/1728),and the proportion of partial constitution was 98.3%(1699/1728).In the partial constitution,91.1%(1574/1728)was double constitution,and the top three were the Yangxu Xuexu type(阳虚血虚质),the Yinyang Liangxu type(阴阳两虚质)and the Qiyu Xuexu type(气郁血虚质),accounting for 41.0%,28.6%and 16.1%respectively.In 7.2%of single constitution,and the top three were the Yangxu type(阳虚质),the Xuexu type(血虚质)and the Tanshi type(痰湿质),accounting for 3.8%,1.7%and 0.8%respectively.The physical types of different occupations,genders and ages show differently distribute,with a significant differences(P<0.05).There was characteristics of infrared skin temperature distribution on different types of constitution by the infrared thermal imager.Conclusion:There was most of partial constitution,majority with double constitution.There were different physical types of different occupations(doctor,nurse),genders,ages.The different types of the infrared skin temperature distribution of constitution is different.
