摘要
为了解决在役核电厂因空间受限无法实施1E级蓄电池组扩容的问题,研究设计了一种磷酸铁锂蓄电池组样机。考虑行业尚无针对磷酸铁锂蓄电池组的1E级鉴定标准或规范,研究并建立了磷酸铁锂蓄电池组1E级鉴定方法和流程。该方法和流程遵循压水堆核电厂核岛电气设备设计和建造规则(Design and Construction rules for Electrical and I&C Systems and Equipment,简称RCC-E)关于K3类电气设备1E级鉴定基本流程,包含基准试验、老化试验、极限性能试验和抗震试验四个阶段试验内容。经过1E级鉴定试验验证,表明该磷酸铁锂蓄电池组样机符合1E级鉴定要求。研究结果表明,该磷酸铁锂蓄电池组设计上符合1E级蓄电池组设备鉴定要求,其体积能量密度从原30~50 Wh/L提升至约160 Wh/L。该成果可解决受限空间1E级蓄电池组无法扩容的问题,也为行业1E级蓄电池组能量密度提升提供了参考。
In order to solve the problem that the in-service nuclear power plant cannot implement the expansion of the class 1E battery pack due to space constraints,a prototype of the lithium iron phosphate battery pack was studied and designed.Considering that there is no class 1E qualification standard or specification for lithium iron phosphate battery packs in the industry,the 1E qualification method and process of lithium iron phosphate battery packs have been studied and established.The method and process follow the basic process of the RCC-E standard for the qualification of K3 electrical equipment,including four stages of test content:the basic performance test,the aging test,the limit performance test and the seismic test.After the verification of the class 1E qualification test,it shows that the prototype of the lithium iron phosphate battery pack meets the class 1E qualification requirements.The results show that the lithium iron phosphate battery pack is designed to meet the equipment qualification requirements of class 1E battery pack,and its volumetric energy density is increased from 30-50 Wh/L to about 160 Wh/L.This achievement can solve the problem that the 1E battery pack cannot be expanded in limited space,and also provides a reference for the energy density improvement of the industry's 1E battery pack.
