摘要
阀控式蓄电池作为1E级电池是核电厂安全级电源系统发展的必然方向。排气阀作为阀控式蓄电池的一个关键性部件,影响电池运行过程的可靠性。分析了阀控式蓄电池排气阀的老化模式,研究了阀控式蓄电池排气阀的老化鉴定方法,并且验证了排气阀在20年生命周期内的可靠性。
VRLA battery,as a 1E class battery,is the inevitable development direction of the safety-level power supply system of nuclear power plant.As a key component of VRLA battery,the exhaust valve affects the reliability of the battery operation.The aging mode of the VRLA battery exhaust valve was analyzed,the aging identification method was studied,and the reliability of the exhaust valve within its 20-year life cycle was verified.
