摘要
目的研究产后访视联合预见护理干预对产妇护理效果及并发症发生率的影响。方法选取2021年3月-2023年3月在安义县中医院分娩的58例产妇为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各组29例。对照组开展常规护理,观察组应用产后访视联合预见护理干预。比较两组产妇产后并发症发生率、初始泌乳时间、母乳喂养率、不同时间产后出血量、健康信念评分及护理满意度。结果观察组并发症发生率(10.34%)低于对照组(20.69%)(P<0.05);观察组初始泌乳时间短于对照组,母乳喂养率高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组产后2、24 h出血量均小于对照组(P<0.05);两组健康信念评分均高于干预前,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论产后访视联合预见护理干预可改善产妇护理效果,预防并发症,提高护理满意度,提升母乳喂养率,缩短初次泌乳时间,减少产后24 h出血量,改善患者健康信念,值得临床加以应用。
Objective To study the effect of postpartum visit combined with predictive nursing intervention on maternal nursing effect and incidence of complications.Methods A total of 58 parturients who gave birth in Anyi County Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from March 2021 to March 2023 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 29 parturients in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,while the observation group was given postpartum visit combined with predictive nursing intervention.The incidence of postpartum complications,initial lactation time,breastfeeding rate,postpartum hemorrhage at different times,health belief score and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The incidence of complications in the observation group(10.34%)was lower than that in the control group(20.69%)(P<0.05).The initial lactation time of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group,and the breastfeeding rate was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The amount of bleeding at 2 and 24 h after delivery in the observation group was less than that in the control group(P<0.05).The health belief score of the two groups was higher than that before the intervention,and that of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Postpartum visit combined with predictive nursing intervention can improve maternal nursing effect,prevent complications,improve nursing satisfaction,improve breastfeeding rate,shorten initial lactation time,reduce postpartum 24 h bleeding volume,and improve patients'health beliefs.It is worthy of clinical application.
