摘要
科学地评价旅游的高质量发展水平,是制定旅游发展政策与措施的重要前提。从旅游的服务质量、环境质量、资源质量、经济发展质量4个维度构建县域旅游高质量发展指标体系,运用定性和定量分析法,以浙江丽水市为案例,测评2016—2021年丽水市9个县(市、区)的旅游高质量发展情况。结果表明:(1)2016—2021年丽水市县域旅游发展质量总体水平处于平稳上升趋势,整体呈现出“东西热、中部冷”的不平衡格局;(2)9个县(市、区)旅游发展质量逐年稳步提升,各县域差异显著,但总体差异呈逐年缩小趋势;(3)9个县(市、区)的旅游发展质量可划分为高、中、低3个梯度;(4)9个县(市、区)的服务质量、环境质量、资源质量和经济发展质量4个子系统差异明显。
Scientifically evaluating the high-quality development level of tourism is an important prerequisite for formulating tourism development policies and measures.From four dimensions of tourism service quality,environmental quality,resource quality and economic development quality,this paper constructed the high-quality development index system of county tourism,and used qualita-tive and quantitative analysis methods to evaluate the high-quality development of nine counties of Lishui City,Zhejiang Province from 2016 to 2021.The results showed that:①The overall level of county tourism development quality in Lishui City from 2016 to 2021 was in a steady upward trend,showing an unbalanced pattern of“hot east and west,cold middle”.②The tourism development quality in nine counties improved steadily year by year,with significant differences among counties,but the overall differences showed a decreasing trend year by year.③The tourism development quality of the nine counties could be divided into three gradients:High,medium and low.④The four sub-systems of service quality,environmental quality,resource quality and economic development quality of the nine counties had obvious differences.
