加强护患沟通技巧对门诊挂号等候时间及纠纷事件的影响

摘要 目的:分析加强护患沟通技巧对门诊挂号等候时间及纠纷事件的影响。方法:选取2022年1月—2023年12月于贵州医科大学附属医院门诊就诊的126例患者,随机分为对照组(n=63)和观察组(n=63)。对照组采取常规门诊护理,观察组基于常规门诊护理加强护患沟通技巧干预。对比两组门诊挂号等候时间、检查等候时间、纠纷事件发生率、患者投诉率、患者满意度。结果:与对照组相比,观察组门诊挂号等候时间、检查等候时间更短,纠纷事件发生率、患者投诉率更低,满意度更高(P<0.05)。结论:加强护患沟通技巧能够缩短门诊患者门诊挂号及检查等候时间,减少纠纷事件,降低投诉率,为患者提供良好的门诊就诊体验,提高患者满意度。 Objective:To analyze the impact of strengthening nurse-patient communication skills on outpatient registration waiting time and dispute events.Methods:One hundred and twenty-six patients who were treated in Outpatient Department of the Affiliated Hospital of Guizhou Medical University from January 2022 to December 2023 were selected,and were randomly divided into a control group(n=63)and an observation group(n=63).The control group took routine outpatient care,and the observation group strengthened nurse-patient communication skills intervention based on routine outpatient care.Compared outpatient registration waiting time,examination waiting time,the incidence of disputes,the rate of patient complaints,patient satisfaction of the two groups.Results:Compared with the control group,the waiting time for outpatient registration and examination in the observation group was shorter,the incidence of disputes and the rate of patient complaint were lower,and the satisfaction was higher(P<0.05).Conclusion:Strengthening nurse-patient communication skills can shorten the waiting time for outpatient registration and examination,reduce the number of disputes,reduce the rate of complaints,provide patients with a good outpatient experience,and improve patient satisfaction.
