经济型海吊吊装超大模块技术研究与应用

摘要 随着FPSO甲板功能模块吨位的增长,需要对现有海吊的吊装方法进行研究,以实现经济型海吊吊装超大型模块的目的。文章通过对吊装工装及吊装安全系数的研究,设计了轻型锁钩工装、超轻型吊杆及局部平衡工装等吊装用具,降低了吊装时钩头的安全系数,进而提高了吊车的吊装载荷利用率。该研究可实现利用3600 t的经济型海吊浮吊替代5000 t海吊,满足FPSO超大模块吊装需求,降低了施工成本,同时也开拓了海吊应用的新思路。 In recent years,the tonnage of functional modules on the FPSO deck has increased.It is necessary to study the lifting method of the existing floating cranes to lift ultra-large modules with economic floating cranes.This paper through the research of lifting toolings and lifting safety factors,designed the light hook locking tooling,ultra-light lifting bar and partially balanced toolings to reduce the safety factors on the hook and improve the load uti-lization rate of the crane.Through this study,it can realize the use of economic 3600 tons floating crane instead of 5000 tons floating crane,meet the requirements of FPSO ultra-large module lifting,reduce the construction cost,and put forward a new idea of floating crane application.
